Delete your Vera account

You can delete your Vera account and the data in it whenever you like. There are two ways.

In the app

  1. Open Vera and go to Settings.
  2. Choose Delete account and confirm.

Your account is held for 7 days in case you change your mind, then removed.

By email

If you cannot open the app, write to support@vera.solutionss.in from the email address you signed up with, with the subject Delete my Vera account. We will confirm by reply and remove the account.

What is removed

Your profile, tasks, habits and streaks, settings, rewards, connected Google access, subscription record in Vera, and any reports you sent about AI answers.

What can stay

Feedback you chose to leave anonymously, and records of payments, for as long as accounts and the law need them.

Your subscription

Deleting your Vera account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Please cancel Vera Plus in Google Play (Payments and subscriptions) first so you are not charged again.
