Terms of Service
Vera is a personal project run by an individual developer in India ("we", "us"). These terms are the agreement between you and us. By creating an account or signing in you accept them.
Using Vera
Vera helps you plan tasks, habits and meetings. You must be 18 or older, give true information when you sign up, and keep your sign-in details to yourself.
You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.
Do not misuse Vera: no attempts to break into it, overload it, copy it, or use it to harm other people.
Your content
The tasks, notes and other things you add belong to you. You allow Vera to store them and show them back to you, and to send them to Google when you ask it to.
Connected Google services
Connecting Google Calendar or Tasks is your choice and you can turn each one off at any time in Settings. How Vera uses that data is described in the Google data use statement.
Items Vera creates in your Google account follow Google's own terms.
Plans and payments
Vera Free costs nothing (₹0). Vera Plus costs ₹100 a month. Google Play shows the exact price, with any tax, before you buy, and Plus adds the features marked Plus in the app.
Plus is bought through Google Play and renews every month until you cancel it in Google Play (Payments and subscriptions). Cancelling stops the next charge, and you keep Plus until the end of the period you already paid for.
Payments, refunds and failed payments are handled by Google Play under its own rules. If a payment fails, Google may allow a short grace period before Plus stops. Ask Google Play for a refund first; if something went wrong inside Vera, write to support@vera.solutionss.in.
Deleting your Vera account does not cancel your Google Play subscription. Cancel it in Google Play first.
If the price changes, Google Play tells you and asks for your agreement where its rules require it.
Rewards
Rewards, such as credits or a plan upgrade for a streak, have no cash value and can be changed or ended with notice.
AI features
Some features use Google Gemini to write a tip, tidy up a task, or turn something you write or say into a list of tasks and habits. AI can be wrong or unsuitable, so check what it says before you rely on it, and do not use it for medical, legal or financial decisions.
Vera shows you the list first and adds only what you choose to keep. If an answer is wrong or offensive, tap Report this answer under it, or write to support@vera.solutionss.in. The AI helper sends your words to Google only after you agree to it.
Voice typing
The mic is optional. When you tap it, your phone listens until you stop and turns what you say into text, in English or Hindi. You can always type instead, and everything in Vera works without the microphone.
Updates
Vera may update itself while you use it, including fixes delivered over the air. Sometimes we ask you to update to keep using Vera, for example for a security fix.
Ending your account
You can delete your account in Settings. It is held for 7 days in case you change your mind and then removed. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
Our responsibility
Vera is provided as it is while it is in testing. We work to keep it available and your data safe but cannot promise it will never fail. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost data or missed reminders.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is for the courts of India.
Changes and contact
